The abbey of Caunes Minervois, a historical site that persisted through time suggest you a visit and a one hour reanding about its history. Archery in the abbey\u2019s gardens will add lucidity and dexterity.Of course, you can choose between both activities or take the combined option.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The site :<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Abbey in Caunes Minervois, superb historical site is located 20 minutes away from Carcassonne and 1\u201915 hour away from Toulouse, at the heart of the Haut Minervois in the Aude Department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is it for\u00a0? :<\/strong><br \/>\nEveryone older than 8 years old can discover the activity. This activity can be adapted to most of the physical or mental handicaps<\/p>\n<p><strong>When\u00a0? \u2013 How\u00a0?<\/strong><br \/>\nEvery Monday afternoon from July 3rd to August 28th 2018. Two sessions, from 3 PM to 5 PM. The registrations are to be made at the Abbey\u2019s reception for the visits and for the archery. The count Milo of Narbonne gave him the \u00ab\u00a0Villa Bufentis\u00a0\u00bb , his domain, and the Haute Vall\u00e9e de l\u2019aregent double. Anian founded there a monastery dedicated to the Saints Pierre and Paul. In 982, the discovery of graves by two peasants was mentioned for the first time. The monks declared that itw as the graves of Roman martyrs. It marks the beginning of the cult of the relics of the 4 martyrs in Caunes\u00a0: Amans, Luce, Audalde and Alexandre.
