In the Aude, Pyrénes Orientales and Hérault departments, come to discover the most beautiful natural sites for Outdoor activities in Occitania Pyrénées Mediterranean region to practice Canoe-Kayak, Canyoning, Stand Up Paddle, Hiking, Via Corda, Caving, or Archery……
After many experiences as an instructor in outdoor sporting activities and white water sports, a degree in sports, and tourism development projects, I wanted to create a structure which included these three competences. In Puichéric, in the Aude area and Cathare Country, we set up our nautical center proposing Canoe-Kayak and Stand up Paddle on this still unknown area where there is much to discover between Corbières and Minervois, between the coastline and the mountains, where nature is in perfect harmony with the Languedoc’s cultural heritage.
For canyoning, we go to the famous Canyon de Galamus, Canyon de Termes « La Clue du Terminet », still in the Aude department but also in bordering departments to discover the great classics of our Region as the Canyon du Rec Grand and the Canyon du Vialais in the Hérault department, the Canyon du Llech and the Canyon des Anelles in the Pyrénées Orientales department.

THE ARC TRAP…
Corporate groups and Team building are tearing them away! This extremely fun activity will allow you to test your skill. The Arc Trap is the adapted version of the Ball Trap for the practice of archery.
This new activity does not cause any noise pollution and the arrow being the only projectile.
Using a mechanical launcher, 30 cm foam discs are thrown into the air and the objective is to reach the target before it falls to the ground using a bow and arrow.
From a simple discovery to a challenge with friends or colleagues, we will adapt our session to your wishes!
CANYONING
Au cœur de magnifiques sites pyrénéens et languedociens sur le département de l’Aude, L’Hérault et les Pyrénées Orientales, découvrez le canyoning ou progressez dans cette activité sportive en vous laissant guider en toute sécurité par nos guides brevetés d’état.
STAND UP PADDLE
Le stand up paddle consiste à se tenir debout sur une planche et à se déplacer sur l’eau grâce à une pagaie.
En fonction de votre niveau, nous vous proposons sur l’un des différents parcours présentés dans la formule location, de vous guider en toute sécurité en vous présentant au mieux la région et de vous rendre autonome…
CAVING
Au cœur du Minervois Audois, du massif des Corbières ou de la Montagne Noire, explorez nos grotttes, richesses naturelles et historiques du monde souterrain. Un monde nouveau s’ouvre à vous !
VIA CORDA
Au cœur du Pyrénées Audoises, progressez en milieu vertical au cœur de grandes falaises. Vous alternerez ascension sécurisée sur les crêtes de falaises et descente en tyrolienne ou rappel d’un magnifique canyon sec. Sensations assurées en tout sécurité grâce à notre moniteur diplômé d’état Français Escalade !!
CLIMBING
Grimpeurs chevronnés ou débutants venez prendre de la hauteur et découvrir la varappe, les plaisirs de la verticalité sur les magnifiques parois d’un véritable canyon géologique au cœur du Minervois.
ARCHERY
Devenez un archer dès 8 ans en découvrant le tir à l’arc de façon ludique et conviviale durant des séances d’initiation dans un espace dédié à cette activité sous forme de loisirs.
