Meet us on the cliffs of Notre Dame du Cros in the Minervois Audois, on a site situated in Belvianes in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude or even at the heart of the Corbières above the Cathar Castle of Termes!
Equipped with a harness and a helmet and in the company of a qualified guide, be one with the rock and climb half a day or all day on the numerous climbing routes with different difficulty levels offered by those natural sites ! After the technical basics allowing you to make the most of your ascent, we will playfully deal with the abseiling techniques. Rockclimbing is a sport that improves numerous aspect of the physical quality, as the strength, balance, supleness, and coordination, all that with a lot of self-control !
According to where you live or where you stay, we will guide you on one of these sites where cultural and historical heritage are closely related.
Notre Dame du Cros with its old pink Marble quarry and church, at the heart of a beautiful dry Canyon. A few kilometers away from the site, the beautiful village of Caunes Minervois and its splendid Abbey are waiting for you.
La Haute vallée with a site located in Belvianes which overhangs the wonderful Gorges de Pierre Lys and its tumultuous River Aude and its ancient railway and tunnels. All around, the Pyrénées offer you a wonderful historical heritage with Cathar Castles, the famous Pic de Bugarach or even Rennes le Château with buried treasures! Let us not forget the wild Corbières and the superb site of Termes and the Cathar Castles. Only a few kilometers from the Canyon de Termes, you can spend the whole day there for several activities !
ROCKCLIMBING IN THE MINERVOIS AUDOIS
Rockclimbing site Notre Dame du Cros…
is a little and sunny paradise which smells the South and easy climbing routes for everyone, kids and adults. An ancient convent turned into the Church Notre-Dame du Cros which guard the start of the very wild gorges whose faces offer numerous vertical routes. With 120 climbing routes the site is pretty huge with varied orientations, it offers great climbing sessions and lots of accessible routes. To end the climbing session, the Cros flowing deep don the gorges allows us to dip our feet in the water.. Level : introduction

ROCKCLIMBING IN BELVIANES (Pierre Lys)
The River Aude, hurtling down the Pyrénées from its source, scuplted beutiful gorges in the Limestone of the Pyrenean Plain L’Aude as the Gorges de Pierre Lys. This site gathers climbing routes of different levels with a vertival atmosphere and beautiful viewpoints

MEETING POINTS FOR ROCKCLIMBING
We directly meet you on the site of the activity. We send you a personalized itinerary at the moment of your reservation.
Site Rockclimbing Notre Dame du Cros :
The site is located near the village of Caunes Minervois. From Caunes, follow Trausse Minervois, then after the village follow a little road on the left until the chapel Notre-Dame du Cros (parkings near the Chapel). The meeting point is on the chapel’s parking.
Site Rockclimbing Belvianes (Pierre Lys) : The site is located near the village of Belvianes et Cavirac. Head on the left following Cavirac, cross the bridge above the River Aude and park your vehicle on the parking just after the bridge.

WHERE IS THE CENTRE ?
The centre is in the village of Puichéric on the D610 linking Carcassonne and Béziers. Puichéric is 20 minutes away from Carcassonne, 30 minutes away from Narbonne, 40 minutes away from Béziers, 1hour 30 away from Perpignan, Toulouse, Montpellier. Our second centre Eeaurizon Sud is in Axat, Haute Vallée de l’Aude.
