Aude Stand up Paddle in Occitanie (Supervised)
With the supervised option, you will have the possibility to try Stand Up Paddle on a 3 or 6 kilometers-long trip and the wise advice of a qualified guide.
Stand Up Paddle consists in being Standing on a board and move on the water thanks to a paddle. According to your level, we will guide you on the most appropriate option and :
Guide you safely and present you at best our Region.
Make you autonomous on the basics of this activity.
According to your time and motivation we adapt your introduction program.
Training centre :
Throughout the year we train the future qualified guides. Make the most of our experience and our efficient equipments, in a convivial atmosphere. We also are members of the “ Féderation Française Canoë kayak” and French School.

STAND UP PADDLE DISCOVERY
Thanks to a playful introduction during 2 hours and a half (half-day) or during 5 hours, you will discover the technical basics of this activity and discover the River. First we will be doing an introduction on flat water in front of our centre and then we will go down the river from 3 to 6 kilometers. The session will be adapted to what you are expecting in terms of technical progression or in terms of safe discovery

PADDLE TRIPS
The supervised sessions and its circuits are essentially on the River Aude. Our trips will allow you to get familiar with whitewater sports. Starting with the all-day trip if you are a group, trips on other Rivers as the Orb or Hérault could be made possible.
Duration of the Paddle trips :
Between half a day and several days lessons.
Practical level :
From introduction to expert.
Schedule :
Every day, mornings and afternoons
We provide you :
The boat, a paddle, a life jacket, a helmet, a waterproof container and a wetsuit or a k-way, according to the weather.
DO NOT FORGET !
A pair of trainers, a swimsuit, a bottle of water.
Our prices include :
A qualified guide supervising the activity, the equipment, shuttles, the use of several services provided by our centre : sanitary facilities, parking, areas where to picnic, etc…
AGE :
Frome the age of 6. Minors have to be in the company of an adult.
PRACTICE CONDITIONS :
You have to be able to swim 25 meters and be able to immerse yourself. No contraindication to the practice of sports.
WHERE IS THE CANOE-KAYAK CENTER ?
The Canoe-Kayak centre is in the village of Puichéric on the D610 linking Carcassonne and Béziers. Puichéric is 20 minutes away from Carcassonne, 30 minutes away from Narbonne, 40 minutes away from Béziers, 1hour 30 away from Perpignan, Toulouse, Montpellier.
