Our experienced guides will show you legendary canyons in different Pyrenean departments (Aude, Pyrénées Orientales, Hérault, Ariège and Vall d’Aran in Spain).
Beyond the discovery of this activity, it is also an opportunity to explore the jealously preserved cultural heritage and treasures of the valleys.
In order to better adapt to yout skills and desires, we provide you several levels of difficulty, from a simple and funny aquatic hike to extremely impressive and sporty canyons.
GALAMUS CANYONING – AUDE – PYRENEES ORIENTALES
On the banks of the Agly River and at the meeting of the Aude and Pyrénées Orientales departments, the Canyon in the Gorges of Galamus represents a first level to practice Canyoning as a family (from the age of 8) or simply to discover.
CLUE DU TERMINET CANYONING – TERMES – AUDE
Located in Aude near the village of Termes, a small village typical of the Hautes Corbières, the canyon of Terme, the Clue du Terminet is ideal for discovering activity from the age of 10.
REC GRAND CANYONING – HERAULT
The Canyon du Rec Grand is located in Mons la Trivalle in Hérault north of Béziers near the famous Gorges d’Héric. At the heart of the Caroux massif and the Haut Languedoc Natural Park, this canyon is ideal for exploring the activity From 10 years old.
GORGES DU VIALAIS CANYONING – HERAULT
This canyon is located in Hérault on the superb Caroux massif, the beginnings of the Central massif and in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Natural Park (St Pons de Thomières sector in Hérault). To fully appreciate this playground, it is preferable to have already practiced canyoning (from 14 years accompanied)!
GOURG DES ANELLES CANYONING – CERET – PYRÉNÉES ORIENTALES
This canyon is located above Céret in the Albères massif (Pyrénées Orientales). It is very varied and aesthetic. To fully appreciate this playground, it is preferable to have already practiced canyoning (from 12 years accompanied)!
LLECH CANYONING – PYRÉNÉES ORIENTALES
As its name suggests, we slide in French Catalonia on the mythical Canigó massif in the Eastern Pyrenees. To fully appreciate it, we advise you to have already practiced (from 16 years old).
CONDITIONS OF PRACTICE :
To help you in your choice we have evaluated the level of these canyons as in skiing with the same color codes. Obviously depending on the water levels this rating may change, we will be there to advise you.
Of course, we provide you with all the necessary equipment for the practice (combinations and protections), the appointments are generally fixed directly on the sites.
You must know: swim 25 meters and immerse yourself without stress.
Do not have: medical contraindication to sports and in particular inform us if you have serious problems with back pain, dizziness etc.
Bring: swimsuit, pair of sneakers. If you like water you will find the canyon that suits your desires …
