Aude Stand up Paddle renting in Occitanie
With the renting on flat water, gently try Stand Up Paddle or directly navigate on whitewater on different trips down the River Aude.
Stand Up Paddle consists in being standing on a board and move on the water with a paddle. Even if you will be on your own, we make a quick introduction to guarantee a nice and safe session. Regarding the equipment, we have inflatable floats appropriate to whitewater sports, as they are satble and easy to handle in order to safely cross the rapids. .
RENT A PADDLE ON FLAT WATER
Atfer a quick introduction, you will be able to make the most this activity on flat water in Puichéric for one hours or two. This option is ideal if you want to have a foretaste of the activity before facing whitewater. You will discover a wild environment where fauna and flora are diversified. Flat water will provide you an easy and progressive approach of the activity.
DOWNRIVER TRIP PADDLE ON THE RIVER AUDE (3kms, 1 hour and a half)
From Saint Couat to Puichéric :
You are a beginner in terms of Stand Up Paddle and you want to discover the activity and the River Aude without any stress, then this trip is made for you ! 3 kilometers-long, it is pretty calm in order to start Stand Up Paddle, and a little rapid is there for you to enjoy the joys of balance on a board!

DOWNRIVER PADDLE TRIP DISCOVERY (6km- 2hours)
From Puichéric to Pont de Castelnau d’Aude
After a quick introduction on flat water you will leave for a 2 hours-long donwnriver trip paddling and discovering a wild environment on a circuit where little rapids alternate with flat water. Passing by the village of Roquecourbe you will admire its beautiful tiny Castle situated on the banks of the River Aude.

THE PADDLE TRIPS
After a briefing about the circuit, a quick introduction on how to handle the board and the security on a Paddle board, you will discover the River Aude and its wild and varied environment where little rapids alternate with flat water. At the end of your trip we come to pick you up and drive you back to our centre in Puichéric.

PRACTICE CONDITIONS
You have to be able to swim 25 meters and be able to immerse yourself. No contraindication to the practice of sports.
WHERE IS THE CANOE-KAYAK CENTRE ?
The Canoe-Kayak centre is in the village of Puichéric on the D610 linking Carcassonne and Béziers. Puichéric is 20 minutes away from Carcassonne, 30 minutes away from Narbonne, 40 minutes away from Béziers, 1hour 30 away from Perpignan, Toulouse, Montpellier.
